A hometown tradition, our Festival of Lights signature event draws local crowds into Downtown Loveland for the debut of holiday lighting along 4th Street. Celebrate the holiday season with live music and entertainment, a tree lighting ceremony, holiday market, carriage rides, Santa and more!

NEW THIS YEAR! Floats on 4th!
Floats on 4th is an exciting new addition to this year’s Festival of Lights, expanding the celebration by two blocks along 4th Street, from Washington to Lincoln. This stationary parade will feature floats parked along the sides of the street, creating a festive, immersive experience for visitors. The center of the street will be kept open allowing people to walk through and enjoy the floats up close. Throughout the evening, performers like marching bands dancers and entertainers will move through the crowd, bringing the parade to life.
Attendees can get started on their local holiday shopping at the pop-up holiday art market by The Valentine Flea with over 30 booths featuring local makers, artists, and handmade and vintage vendors!

Be sure to stop for Hot Chocolate and a Smore’s Kit at the Meals on Wheels Booth! Meals on Wheels receives all profits from the activity and you can roast your marshmallows and enjoy your s’mores right at the festival!
