Downtown parking is managed by the City of Loveland. Residents and visitors with questions on rules, regulations and enforcement, or to report violations, may call the Loveland Police Department’s non-emergency number at: 970-667-2151.

The Foundry Parking Garage
rules + guidelines
The Foundry Parking Garage is FREE and open to the public!
No activity except the parking of motor vehicles, movement of pedestrian traffic, and incidental activities associated with the aforementioned are permitted.
No sleeping in a motor vehicle, common areas, stairways or elevators at any time.
No repairs or maintenance work to vehicles.
Parking from 2 am to 6 am is prohibited unless the space is designated for overnight parking (only the top, uncovered level is available for overnight parking).
Parking must be in designated areas.
No skateboarding, rollerblading or roller-skating.
Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
Pedestrians always have the right-of-way.
No trailer parking of any kind, trailers are prohibited.
Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense if rules are violated or a vehicle becomes abandoned.
City of Loveland is not responsible for any stolen or damaged property. Lock your doors.
