Abby has been a part of the Loveland Downtown District since November 2017. A Colorado native and CSU alum, she’s worked within the Loveland community to organize great local events since 2004. When she’s not downtown, Abby loves to be outdoors with her three kiddos on their small farm, or to go on hiking and camping adventures in the mountains with her family.

Sean Hawkins

Sean has been with the Loveland Downtown District since August 2018. A graduate of the University of Kentucky and University of Montana, he’s worked on downtown, economic and tourism development in Missoula, MT, Corydon, IN and Yakima, WA. Sean loves spending time with his young son Jack in the mountains and in taprooms all over the front range.

Lucy Waneka

Lucy has been with The Loveland Downtown District since early 2024. Prior to working for the LDD, she was a partner at a marketing and graphic design agency here in Loveland.
Lucy is a Loveland native, her and her husband own a house Downtown and enjoy being able to walking to their favorite restaurants and coffee shops.

Nicole Fellure

Nicole Fellure recently joined the Loveland Downtown District after spending over 17 years in the insurance business with her husband. She holds a degree in art with a graphic design emphasis from Colorado State University and has a strong interest in event planning, having co-founded the Loveland Liberty 5K in 2011 with her husband. Because of this, she is interested in community engagement as well as support for local artists. In her new role, Nicole looks forward to contributing to the energy, growth and revitalization of downtown Loveland.

Tennessee

PROGRAM MANAGER, DOWNTOWN AMBASSADOR

Justin Muse, AKA “Tennessee” started with the Loveland Downtown District in 2024 as our Downtown Ambassador Program Manager. Tennessee moved to Loveland in 2010 and has worked in Downtown in the service industry for over a decade. As an 11-year employee of Burks Tavern, he’s well known in our community. His new role as Ambassador includes general Downtown maintenance tasks such as weed abatement, snow removal, trash clean up, hospitality services and providing fast responses to Downtown business owners.
